Cheese tasting

06/30/2012 Arda-Trading, together with the Cheese Kingdom store, tasted 7 kinds of wines and 6 kinds of cheeses! The guests were tasted: Cava Brut Utiel – Requena Vicente Gandia – white sparkling brut, Nebla Verdejo Rueda Vicente Gandia – white dry, Gavi del Comune di Gavi Nicola Bergaglio – white dry, Chianti D.O.C.G. Zonin – red dry, Spinning Top Pinot Noir – red dry, Gewurztraminer A.O.P. Hubert Beck – white semisweet, Sandara White – white sparkling sweet. Cheese palette: Tete de Mouans (French Tête de Moine) – a sort of Swiss semi-solid cheese from non-pasteurized cow’s milk. Bemster H.O. – a sort of the Dutch firm cheese. Cheddar Village (English Cheddar) is a popular cheese of Great Britain. Goat extra mature – a sort of Dutch semi-solid cheese with a bright, sharp taste. Cheese “Khutorskaya” with truffles is a sort of Dutch semi-hard cheese. Gudbrandsdalen is a kind of brown cheese from Norway.

The program of the evening featured new wines and dishes from the chef of the restaurant Alexander Dakhno, draws prizes from the company Arda-Trading and the store Cheese Kingdom. In memory of the event the guests had pleasant impressions, those present highly appreciated the tasting of exclusive cheeses and wines. A pleasant surprise for the guests were memorable photos, which they could make in a specially equipped photo-zone! We thank the manager Tatyana Mihailuk and the staff of the Faro del Porto restaurant, which manages Irina Nikolaevna and the personnel of the Cheese Kingdom store in Cherkassy, leading Dmitry Podoroshko!
